- Actual dimensions, cropping, positioning, or appearance may vary slightly depending on the selected poster size or format.
- We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing, or availability.
- Please review the product details and selected size carefully before placing your order.
3. Orders
By placing an order with Poster Culture, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
An order is considered confirmed after successful placement and, where applicable, payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, technical errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
4. Pricing & Payments
All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and promotional offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment partners available on our website. Poster Culture does not directly store your complete card or banking information.
5. Offers, Discounts & FREE Posters
Poster Culture may offer discounts, FREE products, promotional pricing, coupon codes, or other offers from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Offers are valid only during the specified promotional period.
- Offers may apply only to selected products, sizes, categories, or collections.
- FREE poster offers apply only to eligible products.
- The required number of eligible posters must be added to the cart to receive the applicable FREE posters.
- Multiple offers or coupon codes may not be combined unless specifically permitted.
- FREE products have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Removing eligible products from the cart may change or remove the applicable offer.
Poster Culture reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
6. Customised & Personalised Products
For custom poster orders, customers are responsible for providing suitable images, text, and other required information.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content for your order.
The final print quality depends significantly on the quality and resolution of the image provided. Poster Culture is not responsible for blur, pixelation, lack of detail, or other quality issues resulting from low-quality customer-uploaded files.
Customers are responsible for checking names, text, dates, images, and other customisation details before submitting an order.
Customised and personalised products may be subject to additional cancellation, return, and refund restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Poster Culture name, logo, website content, graphics, photographs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Poster Culture and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
Certain designs are created as fan art inspired by movies, anime, sports, music, games, and pop culture. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these products are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the respective brands, creators, studios, teams, or rights holders. All third-party trademarks, characters, names, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Order processing, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, tracking, delivery issues, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.
9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customers should inspect their order after delivery and report eligible issues within the timeframe specified in that policy.
An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for return, replacement, or refund claims where required under our policy.

Orders that have entered production or have already been dispatched may not be cancelled. Customised or personalised poster orders are subject to stricter cancellation restrictions.
